Dedicated ESCV Kit

Available for selected tractor models with cab. A control box in the cab lets you operate multiple hitch functions: raise & lower, select single- or double acting hydraulics (no need for a Selector Valve), float position, momentary- or programmed operation. Includes front mounted remote switch.

DynaContour

DynaContour won a Gold Medal for outstanding innovation at SIMA 2005 in Paris, France. It's a system that combines signals from the Electronic Position Control and a sliding upper link equipped with a potentiometer to adjust an implement so it maintains depth and pitch adjustment regardles of field contour. It also compensates for vertical movements of the tractor's front end due to changes in tire load or front axle suspension. For more information, request a brochure.

Electronic Position Control

Simplifies headland operations by making the hitch go back to a preset position every time. Available for John Deere tractors with EHDC.

Hitch Dampening Kit

This kit greatly enhances operator comfort and reduces shock loads and bouncing during transport of heavy loads, i.e. tanks, hose reels

Hydraulic Center Link

This allows you to adjust the pitch of a front mounted implement. HOWEVER, if your front hitch is operated by a rear SCV valve, you should be aware that all tractor manufacturers allow substantial internal leakage. The length of your center link is constantly changing. It's impossible to see this from the driver's seat and it makes it difficult to operate a hydraulic center link with most front implements.

Isolating Valve

1. Makes it easier to unhook the front hitch from an SCV under load so it can be used for another device. 2. Can be used to shut off the optional Hitch Dampening for use with ground engaging equipment.

Locking Bracket

The InterCoupler is a patented device allowing for unprecedented ground contour following and working depth accuracy. However for certain applications it's needed to lock the hitch solid; Dozer blades, tanks, etc.,

Mechanical Interface

This device is recommended for the most accurate working depth with wide tillage implements.

Mechanical Position Control

This is an economical means of automatic control of the working depth, or height of a front implement. The device consists of an adjustable chain that connects the lift link assembly to a valve. The oil is shut off when the lift arms have reached a pre-set position.

Position and Traction Control

This option simplifies headland operations by making the hitch go back to a preset position every time on all tractors. In addition it will on selected tractor models and during tillage operations, activate the lift cylinders if the tractor is slipping more than a pre-selected percentage. This can greatly improve the tractor's productivity through improved traction and steerability.

Pressure Gauge Kit

Indicates the amount of down pressure in the hydraulic system when used with a front packer for example. Includes an Isolating Valve to avoid unnecessary wear on the gauge when not in use.

Remote SCV Outlet

If you need extra hydraulic outlets up front; folding equipment, hydraulic angle for dozer blade or the spout on a snow blower, this kit lets you operate these functions with an existing rear SCV.

Remote Switch

The front mounted remote switch makes it easier to hook up front mounted equipment. Includes hardware to convert an existing rear SCV to a dedicated hitch valve.

Selector Valve

This valve allows an operator to switch between single-acting and double-acting (= down pressure) operation of the front hitch. Double acting operation is usually preferred for dozer blades and some tillage implements. It also greatly facilitates hook-up and un-hooking of implements. Single acting operation prevents damage to mowers, snow blowers and other light implements from the accidental transfer of weight from the tractor.

Sliding Center Link

Increases the ability of an implement to follow field contour in the direction of travel. It can greatly improve depth accuracy for tillage implements.

Weight Frame Cat_2

This frame allows for easy ballasting and management of the tractor's weight distribution. The factory weight bracket (base weight) is bolted to the Laforge Weight Frame. It is then possible to add suitcase weights as needed.

Weight Transfer Kit

This is an exclusive and patented option on John Deere 8000/8010/8020 tractors. It significantly improves tractor performance in tough conditions by transferring weight from the gauge wheels on the front implement to the tractor's front axle. It requires position and traction control to be installed.

This patented option significantly improves tractor performance in tough conditions by transferring weight from the gauge wheels on the front implement to the tractor's front axle. It requires position and traction control to be installed. Special gauge wheels with sensors are attached to the implement.
