Agreement between User and Laforge Systems, Inc.

Any express or implied representations regarding equipment displayed, identified, or listed (except in the column “Notes by Laforge”) are that of the seller and not Laforge Systems, Inc. Terms of Sale

Laforge Systems, Inc is not involved in the actual transaction. Terms of Sale, including method of payment and eventual financing options of any items are to be negotiated directly between seller and buyer. Laforge Systems, Inc. does not transfer ownership from seller to buyer.

Laforge Systems, Inc is not charging any fee to seller or buyer at the conclusion of the transaction, and neither party is obliged to inform Laforge Systems, Inc about the terms of their agreement. We do request that the seller informs us about the fact that a transaction has taken place, so we can remove the ad from the Webpage.

Indemnifications

Your use of this Webpage constitutes your express consent to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laforge Systems, Inc from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of your breach of any provision of this User Agreement or any warranty you provide herein, or otherwise arising in any way out of your use of or postings to this Webpage. You will cooperate fully in any defense of such claim, and Laforge Systems, Inc reserves the right to take exclusive control of the defense of any such claim.
